Information Details:

• The 1st copy will be used for processing your passport, and the 2nd copy will serve as reference for us should there be questions regarding your application.       

• All signature areas must be signed with black pen. Electronic signatures will not be  accepted. The letter must be printed on 8 1/2 x 11 size paper. No other size paper is a accepted. Passport applications for Minors, must enter child’s name as applicant’s name.

What is a letter of Authorization

The letter of authorization gives our agents/Office authority to submit the application in your behalf. We have multiple submission office such as Passport Rush , Seagate & YBB Soultions.
